Gene Juarez Salons and Spas is now hiring for Client Reservations Specialist in our Call Center!

  • Provide guidance regarding products and services of Gene Juarez Salons and Spas to our clients

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • A very strong work ethic
  • Ability to remain calm and composed during high call volumes
  • Positive attitude and demeanor, can do attitude
  • 2 years of call center experience preferred or high volume customer service experience
  • Previous experience in hospitality or service industry preferred; hotel/motel, food server, luxury retail industry
  • Excellent attendance and promptness
  • Articulate, ability to speak and understand English fluently
  • Strong, versatile computer and keyboard skills, ability to pick up new concepts and software quickly & easily
  • Thrive in a fast paced, challenging, multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (we are open 7 days a week, 7:30 am – 9:00 pm)

 

As part of our standard hiring process for new employees, employment with Gene Juarez Salons and Spas will be contingent upon successful completion of a background check.

 

The first Gene Juarez Salon was opened by Gene Juarez in downtown Seattle in 1971. As Seattle's first contemporary fashion salon, Gene introduced Seattle women to best in class service, artistry and innovative European haircutting techniques. A few years later, in 1974, the second Gene Juarez Salon location opened inside the original downtown Seattle Nordstrom on Fifth Avenue, offering a connection to fashion and world-class service to our clients.
Since then, through our commitment and dedication to our clients, artistry and innovative education, Gene Juarez Salons & Spas has grown to 10 salon & spa locations, two state-of-the-art cosmetology schools. Since day one, Gene Juarez Salons & Spas has been locally owned and operated in the Pacific Northwest.
