Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Recruiting Manager contributes to the overall success of the company by sourcing, networking, evaluating and hiring talent.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the full cycle of the recruiting process
  • Creating the strategy to fulfill recruiting needs
  • Focusing on recruiting talent for Corporate and Salon level support positions
  • Managing the recruiting team
  • Screening candidates’ resumes and job applications
  • Conducting interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates and determine potential company, brand and culture fit
  • Working internally with hiring managers to understand positions and team needs to streamline the recruiting process
  • Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices
  • Devising new, innovative approaches to recruitment outreach and our selection process of top-tiered talent for all open positions
  • Providing metrics to measure program effectiveness

  • Three or more years of experience in staffing, recruiting or management in the salon/spa industry
  • BS or BA degree or related work experience
  • Highly organized with solid project management experience and the proven ability to multi-task
  • Strong professional skills: efficient, self-motivated, flexible
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and follow up skills
  • Responsive to feedback
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, short deadline environment
  • Candidate must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance
