Trendsetting hairdressers. Mindful spa therapists. As a Training Administrative Intern at Gene Juarez Salons & Spas, the top luxury salon and spa organization in the United States, you’ll work with some seriously creative people and create some seriously memorable experiences. You’ll dedicate your time to coordinating internal training events, preparing product and service launches, and applying your interpersonal skills in working with both Home Office employees and artists and therapists from all 10 salons and spas. This full-time, paid internship provides full benefits and PTO, plus a tremendous amount of room for growth. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in Training event logistics, program execution and other administrative responsibilities;
  • Assist in corporate hospitality and training events by preparing meetings; ordering food, setup and clean-up of branding events;
  • Training and Product Launch Materials preparation: creating, printing, preparing and facilitating shipments to salons and spas packets and binders of training and information material;
  • Other ad-hoc projects within the Brand Training

  • Ability to adapt to changing work environment/responsibilities;
  • Effective interpersonal and team skills.

The first Gene Juarez Salon was opened in downtown Seattle in 1971. As Seattle's first contemporary fashion salon, the company introduced Seattle customers to best in class service, artistry and innovative European haircutting techniques. A few years later, in 1974, the second Gene Juarez Salon location opened inside the original downtown Seattle Nordstrom on Fifth Avenue, offering a connection to fashion and world-class service to our clients.

Since then, through our commitment and dedication to our clients, artistry and innovative education, Gene Juarez Salons & Spas has grown to 10 salon & spa locations and two cosmetology schools. Since day one, Gene Juarez Salons & Spas has been locally owned and operated in the Pacific Northwest.
