Reporting to the General Manager of your location, the Client Service Floor Manager assists in the success of the salon and spa in the areas of staff management, client relations, floor marketing and reception.


Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the success of Support Staff Management, Customer Service Specialists (Receptionists), Housekeeping and Spa Hostesses;
  • Owning and addressing client relations; complaints, compliments and quality of service, ensuring that all customers are receiving outstanding “wow” customer service;
  • Assuring quality and correct floor marketing, signage, pricing and daily flash promotions;
  • Addressing all check- in and check – out touch points to ensure quality.

 Education Requirements and Work Experience:

  • Associates degree (A.A.) or related work experience;
  • Previous Hotel/ Reception/ Concierge experience a plus;
  • Minimum two years of office/salon experience in a fast paced setting;
  • Proficient PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing skills.

The first Gene Juarez Salon was opened in downtown Seattle in 1971. As Seattle's first contemporary fashion salon, the company introduced Seattle customers to best in class service, artistry and innovative European haircutting techniques. A few years later, in 1974, the second Gene Juarez Salon location opened inside the original downtown Seattle Nordstrom on Fifth Avenue, offering a connection to fashion and world-class service to our clients.

Since then, through our commitment and dedication to our clients, artistry and innovative education, Gene Juarez Salons & Spas has grown to 10 salon & spa locations and two cosmetology schools. Since day one, Gene Juarez Salons & Spas has been locally owned and operated in the Pacific Northwest.
