The Contact Center Supervisor is a strong, versatile leader who thrives in a fast paced, challenging, multi-tasking environment. This position will be responsible to

  • Build morale, teamwork and ensure quality client services and effective call handling; 
  • Facilitating communication between agents, clients, and salon;
  • Motivate Call Center Agents to ensure achievement of call center targets and goals;
  • Improve and promote quality service through training current and new Call Center Agents
  • Prepare and conduct performance reviews
  • Interact with clients to resolve service issues by demonstrating patience and understanding;




The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Leadership and training experience coupled with a strong work ethic;
  • 2 years of call center experience is preferred;
  • Previous management experience in hospitality, preferably hotel, food, and or luxury retail industries
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (we are open 7 days a week, 8am-8pm);
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to pick up new concepts and software quickly and easily
  • Bachelor’s Degree or A.A. Degree preferred
